Pipe · Concrete · Rebuild · La Mirada
We dig it up,
fix it, andpour it back.
Licensed general building contractor across Los Angeles and Orange County. Most contractors cut your slab, fix the pipe and hand you someone else’s number for the concrete, the drywall and the paint. We are the same crew, start to finish.

Two ways people find us
Something just broke.

What we do
Pipe, concrete,
and what goes on top
A CSLB Class B licence covers projects that involve more than one trade. That is the whole business: the jobs where the repair is the easy part and finishing the house is the real work.

Repipe & whole-home rebuild
New supply lines, then the drywall, paint and concrete put back by the same crew.

Find it. Open it.
Fix it. Close it.
No mystery and no “we will see when we are in there.” Here is what happens between your call and your house looking like a house again.
Find it
Locate and inspect before any demolition. We open the smallest area that does the job instead of guessing.
Open it
Saw-cut, excavate, shore and compact. Photographed at every stage for you and, if it applies, your insurer.
Fix it
New pipe, valves, framing or structure to code. Tested and inspected before anything gets closed up or buried.
Close it
Backfill, form, pour, patch, texture and paint. The surface goes back so you would never know we were there.

Who shows up
Our guys.
Not stock photos.
Twenty years in the trade, and a licence that covers the whole job rather than one slice of it. Pipe, concrete, framing, roofing, drywall and paint are all self-performed, which is why we can put your house back instead of recommending someone who will.

Questions we actually get
Before you call anyone
Do you put the concrete back, or do I hire someone else?
We put it back. That is the whole point. Most contractors cut your slab or driveway, fix the pipe and leave you to find a concrete crew. We do both — one crew, one invoice, nobody to blame but us.
What does “Class B, General Building” actually mean for me?
It means we are licensed for projects that involve more than one trade, which is what your job almost certainly is. A repipe is pipe and drywall and paint. A slab leak is pipe and concrete. Hiring one licensed contractor for the whole scope is why you end up with a finished house instead of a finished repair.
How fast can you get here for something urgent?
[[REAL NUMBER ONLY. If it is two hours, say two hours.]]
Do you speak Korean?
Yes. Estimates, scope walk-throughs and day-to-day questions can all be handled in Korean or English, whichever you prefer.
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. CSLB license #1079728, Class B, General Building Contractor, active through August 2027. We carry a $25 through Atlantic Specialty and $2 through State Farm. Verify the licence yourself at cslb.ca.gov before you let anyone into your house — we would rather you did.
What deposit do you take?
California caps a residential down payment at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. Payment after that follows a written progress schedule tied to completed stages, so you always know what you are paying for. If any contractor asks for a large payment up front, that is your signal to walk.
